When I pray, I tell God all about you (though He already knows who you are because I believe He sent you into my life to help heal me).

This page is here for those of you who I have met personally, looked you in the eye, shared my story with and given you my card.

This page is here for those of you who stood and listened and treated me with kindness, love and respect.

This page is for those of you who showed me grace, who were a ray of light in a meeting that, in all likelihood, contained some darkness because my story can't be told without the entire truth which contains a lot of darkness.

This page is here as a personal thank you note to let you know that even though we may never speak again, the time you took with me to hear me out will never be forgotten. Never underestimate the power in taking a moment with a trauma survivor to hear their story and doing so without judgement. I am not the only trauma survivor you will ever talk to but I may be the only one who is so open and honest so remember always that your act of grace in the lives of those you meet is crucial and can be life changing. Not every trauma survivor will be so forthcoming with their story so treating one another with love and kindness is paramount, especially in this day and age where more of us are simply traumatized just by what is taking place in this world right now. 

I invite you to save my card, remember my story, and bookmark my website and come back someday and see where I am. My growth is neverending and because you had a hand in it, you might find it interesting to see where I am in the future.
